With the upcoming changes - and now after reading I notice that Tiggs indicated that instant delivery was not going to happen - let me ask you this.

If I have chosen to ban someone from my mall or tent. And they buy the item off the bazaar then travel to my vendor to retrieve the item. Since they are banned they will not be able to retrieve it.

Has that point been considered?

I have seen that concern voiced in several different threads.

They all start to run together after a while so I don't remember exactly which one it's in, but it's definitly been brought up.

The 50k entry fee is a concern too.
