Preferably on Tatooine


I made Novice Merchant last night and have enough points to get effic 1 or any of the other 3 right now but need to know where I can find some Fellow Merchants to get the training from.

The is a merchant master in Bestine, out of the town..this is where i buy all my merchant skills

Is he a NPC or a Player cause I dont want to have to pay all the fees that I will have to pay if I can find another person with Merchant Skills.

He is a npc and i fear you will have to buy your skills, or should i say invest in your skills if you want to improve your merchant, for two reasons :

There are very few merchants, as the profession is very poorly rewarding in terms of power and social recognition in swg.

The master merchant title is not really looked after by the few merchants as it doesnt really offer any real advantage compared to the ip cost. So the rare merchants wont rush to you to teach you for freewhat they had to buy.

I could also add that kauri is not the most populated server, as it is a language destinated forum and it is still difficult in France to get a hand on the swg box.

So you have two solutions...

or you go creature handler and you ll get all your skills for free as 25% of the players choose this way.

or you call vortex ingame and you ll get a 50% discount on the npc price, sharing costs by the two of us.

PS ; i did a seach yesterday to find out if there was any merchant on and the result was...nul..no merchant on tatooine at the time of the search... lots of answers for CH =)

Btw i ll be your competitor in anchorhead..check the medium house right south of the anchor port...there will be stuff there as soon as i get my 6th vendor ready =)
