Thread: The Inefficient Efficiency tree

Ok, maybe it's just me but here's some things I was thinking were wrong and now with the inability to trade vendors I have one more.

First the Efficiency tree is anything but efficient. For 100,000 merchant xp, which is fairly easy to obtain I admit, we recieve:

Reduced Bazaar fees - Who uses the bazaar? With a 3000 cr. cap and a 20 credit fee it's only useful for the lowest end items.

Reduced Vendor fees- Maybe I'm missing something but I havn't had to pay vendor fees on my own vendors.

Reduced Maint. Fees- Once again, it doesn't seem that expensive to me but ok, I actually like this perk to some degree.

What I see is a virtually useless waste of xp that could go to other things. One of my biggest complaints, I'm a tailor btw, is that until I have mastered the hiring tree my npc's, which don't seem to work in anyhouse but mine, to show off my clothing. It's far easier just to put up manniquins in the store. This class has alot of appeal to me, One of my hopes once cities are implemented is to have my own shop up on tantooine where I'd take each room and put different items in for view and a central vendor for check out and also have branch offices on other planets where I could do something similar in other friends shops. Seems that now I will only be able to accomplish half that.

In
my mind the absolutely most IDIOTIC thing ever said about SWG.
