Merchant Archive

As a merchant, I need to be able to sell things thru my vendor. Therefore I need to be able to place my vendors down. Please make it so that if you have admin abilties even if it isn't your house, you can set a vendor down... That would cure all the problems. I mean, who has the lots for 4 houses?? No need to be a master merchant or go up the vendor tree if you are goign to waste lots of 4 houses?? I feel this is a obvious work around.
