Well you didnt stock your stuff in the backroom and then delete your vendor, so your stuff was still retrievable. The problem we have is that the stockroom is linked to a vendor, not a player. So if you want to replace the vendor, and you have 300 items in it, you have to retrieve each item, and there after delete 300+300 mails (confirmation you didnt sell and confirmation you retrieved). 2 hours just to change a vendor.
The backroom, or stockroom, should be linked to all vendors of a player, and retrievable on any of those vendors. This would , first, avoid to get items floating in an unacessible dimension, second, avoid the hassle to have to retrieve items when you want to change your vendor.
My ticket is now 15 hours old and no answer whatsoever. I went to the chatroom and the gm told he couldnt help. There has been no official declaration about a will to fix the problem from SOE.

- This does not instill confidence for me.
- How can they not acknowledge this gigantic, profession-breaking bug?
Last night I changed my public store into a PA only "Dump" for items to be distributed to members.
This required me to unload 300+ items from my NPC vendors as I wanted to turn them into terminals as they are less buggy.
Anyway after cancelling all the sales... I started to retrieve the items. ALL of the items stuck at teh Retrieving please wait screen, HOWEVER if you cancel this screen after 1-2 seconds, and then imediately retrieve again, POP out it comes into your inventory..(note 95% came out on the second attempt theother 5% on teh third)The only items i couldn't get this is resources that had been split down into smaller units than they came out of the harvesters in.. (as per the other post on these boards)
Just thought I wouls share this with anyone who is having difficulties retrieving items from the stockroom (Note I do not know if this will work for LIMBO items that were on a vendor when it was deleted...)
