RESOURCES! GAH!

If you split a resource container and place it on your vendor. One of the containers will sell with all the goods the others will go into perma limbo. I've lost 100's of thousands of resources and dollars before I relized the problem. We need to fix that ASAP

Vendor Trading NPC's get stuck nuff said

Vendor mantiance still buggy and overpriced when you have expensive items listed

Vendors stockroom should be shared by all vendors in a region or at least the same house. that way we can retirvie the perma limboed items

Please post here even if it's just a /agree or a rant that doesn't get the thread closed We really need soemone to listen to us. If we unite together to make on large post I think we will have a better chance of getting a responce. POST AWAY MY FRIENDS!

To tackle these in order:

• I think we'll be jumping on vendors within days, not months.
  
• It is VERY urgent to us to have a broken profession.
  
• To calm your fear regarding the CS calls giving distorted views--vendors were the #1 call and #1 issue escalated to us by customer service today.
  
• It's true we don't show you the aggregate ticket counts or the like; I doubt we ever will. But I think telling you the priority in which we intend to address issues is a completely fair thing for you to ask for.
  
• I think most people create tickets in a manner similar to you; they tend to call for help when there's something that is REALLY in the way, basically, and they tend to live with things that are more minor. When everything is minor, they then start generating calls for the most annoying of the minor things. That's why the calls tend to be a good metric. Compare that to the boards, where minor issues can turn into "fads," or where there's often competing groups arguing that their problems are worse than the other guys'...

I don't discount the value of forums at all--I want to make that clear. But I also think that you should understand the relative strengths and weaknesses of forums from where we sit.
