I have a vendor set up in my private PA hall that we use to transfer items among guild members for just a credit. I placed a vendor in a shop that I opened recently (public) and I see that my private vendor items show up on there. I am afraid that people are going to be able to buy my items that are for guild membersplaced on my private PA hall vendor at my public vendor. Is this a possibility?

No. Only the vendor owner can select 'region' or 'galaxy' as options to view their items. Probably for those of us too forgetful to remember what price we listed an item at in one city versus another, and didn't write it down.
