Thread: banking fees and merchant tree
I personnaly find banking fees quite astronomic. When i pay a provider once his stuff was sold, for 100K like it happened today, 5 k are taken on my hard to gain margin. This is hudge!
Shouldnt the banking fee (/tip) be part of the merchant tree. For example in the market efficiency. Lvl one would reduce banking fees to 4%; lvl 4 to 1% and mastership to nothing.
This would be quite understandable as the bigger your business gets the more transaction volumes you are generating and the more your banker is willing to reduce your percentage fee, as most of his cost is fix charges (infrastructure, amortisation).
As a mater, fees would be nul as the banker would consider that your collaborating with such a famous company as yours brings him customers and gives him fame.
What do you think? I think market efficiency should also allow better visibility and better price limit on the bazaar, master getting to the first page automaticly with a good price limit like 30K.
Both measures would really motivate players for developing their merchant tree.
Bank fees, travel expenses--future bike and speeder rentals all should be considered to be purchased in 'bulk' and discounted.
If I'm going to have to compete with every yahoo who has spent 20 minutes making muzzles..then I should have some unique advantages.
