I am an aspiring weaponsmith and now ready to set up a vendor. Can someone please tell me specifically what I need to do to set up a vendor? I have a home at this point but do not know about purchasing a vendor and stocking it. Also can anyone give me an estimate on daily costs? Thanks so much.

If you have the skill to add a vendor (I believe it is somewhere in the businessbranch of the artisan tree), an option will appear on your house's control panel. Selecting the option will place a vendor in your inventory. Then take it somewhere in your house and drop it. The radial menu on the vendor willbring up the screen to run the vendor's sales, much like in the bazaar.

I forget exactly what the maintenance rates are. They are low (and get lower in the merchant profession) so you should not find it to be an issue at all. I'm certain it'sno more than a small house, which is 8 per hour. If you do, just recover your goods and delete the vendor. Someone correct me, but I don't believe there is an upfront charge for a vendor. There is no charge for putting items up for sale in your vendor.
