I lost my medium house last night. It was in my inventory and it's just gone. I saw on several posts that people had been able to be refunded for the lost inventory.

The CSRs in the chat rooms say they can do nothing. How else do you talk to a csr? My tickets are never answered and every time I look at my ticket the submitted date changes to the current date/time that I look at the ticket.

I had 11 crates of weapon upgrade kits disappear the other night, I sent a ticket, got a reply a few hours later asking for a few more details and also asking for a time when I usually play just in case a CSR had to come and see me. I presume from this thata refund or replacement would but given but nver found out due to the fact that the crates reappeared the next day. I do seem to find that some tickets I send get very quick replies but others never get a reply or take a long time, guess its a case of luck.

Everytime I loose something, I open a ticket, and they have always refunded me the item. I have been very happy with the way the CSR's have treated me.

The other day a ticket collector ate my ticket, and I /bugged it and then about 10 minutes later I was magically transported to my destination... I didn't even have to open a ticket for it, they did it based on my /bug.
