Thread: Stuck items in the vendor, now gone :(
Stuck items now gone, I had 147 items in my stockroom, stuck because of the vendor defect. Checked the other day. GONE, stockroom, only 21 itens in it.
Lost
15,000 + resources
30 High-end powerups
Much more...
I mourn the loss, the 45k+ gone.

All my stuck items from last week vanished as well. Same day I managed to finally get to Advertising 3, so I figured I would remove 2 of my vendors and go down to just the listed 1. I removed all the items for sale on the 2 extra vendors and now I can't get any of those 150 items out of the stockroom. My customers (3 so far) are complaining they can't retrieve items from my vendor as well.
My CSR Ticketsare being studiously ignored.
Had a ticket answered. Same thing you would get on the boards or chat. "We are aware of the issue and are working towards fixing it. Hopefully this won't affect the enjoyment of your gaming experience..."
You can almost see the cut and paste. I just assume they get to many a day to fully cut and paste them all.
I kind of think of the CS tool as a suggestion box... ya know.. the one they mount right over a garbage can?
Has anyone actually *ever* had a ticket answered?
