I just closed my shop because too many people were buying things they couldn't retrieve. I would reimburse them with cash or replacements, but it was costing far to much to do so. Has anybody else closed their vendors for this reason?

Open back up when the resource bug if fixed, there is a bug with resources in a vendor. It is a show stopper, and I hope it is fixed soon

Sir, it's quite possible that this game is not entirely stable.

"Not entirely stable." Well, I'm glad you're here to tell us these things. Chewie! Take the professor in the back and plug him into the patch server!

Are ppl still hitting this bug? I just want to say.. i experience similar problem. But on 2nd try.. it always works. I found that out when i was moving my vendor. If any of your customers hit that problem.. tell them to cancel and try again. who knows.. It might be worth a shot.

I went to a NON NPC Vendor, and tested it for an hour. The bazaar terminal vendor worked just fine.

Yes, but at 10,000+ credits in maintenance fees a day, I can't afford to operate one.

Did you test buying resources or buying split resources and trying to retrieve each part of it? Sounds like the bug is when you split 1000 units into two 500 unit stacks and sell them both. You can retrieve the first 500 stack, but you actually get all 1000 units while the other 500 stack is unretrieveable.

I haven't seen this issue but I don't split resources like that. Can someone who is having this trouble tell me if this scenario has the same problem:

I always split my resources off from the main container. If I have 7k of Fiberplast and want to sell 6k of it in 1k containers I split the 7K container 6 times and then sell those 1k splits.

I never split a container and then sell both sides. (Since I always leave some on me for my own use or for sales later)

Does this cause the same problem? I use the Bazaar terminal right now for resource sales. I haven't had any complains about retrieval, but I dont' sell a whole lot there. I sell most of my resources in the bazaar.

Yes, I split 1000 hides in to 10 100s, and was about to get them all, 100 at a time.

Yes this is Strictly a NPC Vendor BUG

If you use a Machine Vendor you Can split resources anyway you want and it works fine.

you use a NPC Vendor and you will get the Unretrieveable Bug.
