Do you have to be a certain level of merchant to make your vendors searchable from the bazaar?

What would be recommanded as minimal for a vendor?

I'm thinking ---1 Merchant to hold a decent amount, 500+

And with the vendor search it's really not nessecary to have the map advertising, I think... What does everyone else think?

yeah i am thinking about dropping the map advertising too, that would give me some skillpoints i could use.
