Today I really got another downer.

I received an email from the vendor of a succesful sale: an AV21 sold. YAY!

So I deleted the mail, along with a number of unsuccesful sales (time outs).

I check inventory (and bank) and then noticed: what the f*! My bank account does not have the amount of money that should have been there if the AV21 sale should have been added. I had about 5.9m yesterday, now this morning I had 6m (after some guildie decided to buy some stuff too, which i received immediate emails and was able to check the bank account).

The AV21 is gone tough.

Even worse, pre-cu I had put up 2 AV21 in total for sale. The other is also NO WHERE to be found.

This is in total a 7M sink which I really do not like.

I /bugged it, I made a ticket andI send a message to some CSR I know in game.

But I doubt anything will be done about it (I've only 1 good experience with a CSR, but more very bad ones).

Anyone else has lost stuff or did not credits for it?

I don't think I've had anything like that happen to me.

The only "problem" I've had with merchant was accidentally retrieving more than my inventory could hold, but it was readily fixed. Seconds after I realized my problem, my stockroom was filled with Restored Items.

What I've been told about CSR's... is that they are told not to compensate people with credits. When I've had my vendor item problem a lonnnng time ago, the CSR compensated me with the resources the lost clothing cost me.

I don't know what server you play on but keep in mind that that message is for Test Center only, NOT live servers.

what happened to test center was after a 1+ month long mothball, the commodities market wasn't restored to the time of snapshot. everyone's items expired, fell out, and poofed while the server was down.

the bug does not apply to live servers.

No it was not.

Point is: I received a number of mails of unsuccesfull sales. That means they need to be in stock.

From all my vendors: STOCK was/is EMPTY!!
