Hi, i need help badly. i have a NPC vendor in house and it's gone now. my customer just sold 3 item to me and it's gone with the vendor. I tried opening a ticket ingame but i can't. There's no open ticket under the holocorn after i sent in ticket. I need to get back the vendor asap. Please help.
p.s: I was there to buy out the item in vendor 15min after they offered to my vendor , but it's gone....

Try logging for about 30 minutes. It could be a boundary issue, especially if the vendor disappeared 15 minutes after an item was offered.
However, to submit a CSR ticket hit Ctrl H, then hit the customer service button. You HAVE to search the knowledge database. Search for "vendor" (with out the quotations). Double click one of the articles and scroll down to the bottom of the article. The button that says, "that didn't help, please let me create a ticket" should be clickable now. Hit that button and then create your ticket.
However it really does sound like a boundary issue. Was the maintenance paid up on it? If logging for 30 min doens't bring it back, you may have to wait for a server reset.
