Yea as far as I know we've never gotten any of those variables to work. The canned announcements work, but that method doesn't work for the custom barking.

I don't use it, but I''ve gotten it to work without any problems. Insert these variables into your ad bark for the desired effect:
Used in making a macro. This lets you put variables in your text in order to automatically insert words and names. The available variables are:
Ifyou wanted your vendor to greet your customer by name, Type "Hello, %NT" for example.

Maybe I've only done this with the canned barking..... I'll have to play with this at home later. Sorry, I might have posted a bit too eagerly.![]()
