I sent in a ticket when this happened and i got a response some time ago. As i have been reading the boards i realize that many of you may not have gotten a response or have no clue how the system works the response i got was, they are working very hard on resolving this issue and expect to have the items be retrievable. If something goes wrong, they will find a method of reimbursment such as current market value for all items lost. They went on to say that i should submit a list of all items lost and i did. The CSR's have been very quick to respond to all of the three tickets i opened so i hope the info i got helps others. Also, if you ever lose money in areas like the transit system (it ate 2800cr of mine) open a ticket because a CSR reimbursed me the moment i logged on today and it happend last night!

This ever happen to anyone? I purchased an item (house deed) off a vendor, and didn't realized I hada totally full pack and character. Retrieved the item, normal msg and all, but no deed to be found.

Made space, checked, rechecked, logged out, did it again. Nada, zero, zip.

Sent ina ticket Don't expect to hear soon.

It was only 50k, but that deed has to be somewhere.
