Thread: Retrieved items lost
Hi folks,
I don't know if this is new or not but I'm having some problems with my vendors. I've been following the advise of folks here to work around that whole 30/no-30 bug.
Here's my problem. I go to retrieve the item from the stockroom. My inventory happens to be full (or close to full and bugged so that the system things I'm full at 59/60). It says its been retrieved. But when I check my inv the items isn't there. In addition, when I go back into the stockroom, nothing is there.
Anyone else running into this problem?

Yes. This is a bug that has been reported. I don't have any word yet on the fix. Be very careful about pulling items out of the stockroom or off the bazaars if you are short on inventory space.
Yes, this isa known issue, tho no warning has been posted by the Devs in the launch pad as usual...
Dont try to pull anything from your vendor if you dont have alot of room.Sometimes items thatyou try to take out that wont fit in your inventoryare deleted. The devs are working hard to get that database load down, and doing a fantiastic job I must say.

I had an item I retrieved not make it to my inventory last night, and my inventory was nowhere near full. Anybody else had an issue with this? Relogging/waiting for server restart did nothing to make the item show up again.
The root of the problem is that the item is being deleted from the vendor before there is a confirmation that it was received in your inventory so any number of errors might cause this issue. The Retrieval errors have been reported, but we don't have any word on a fix yet.

The item itself? None unless it appears on its own. You might be able to get credits for it or resources to make another one from the CSR's but you don't usually get items from them.
Yeah .. you know what? This is what really really concerns me. This was a pre-patch Krayt and Enhanced Projectile Feed Mechanism Scatter Pistol. No amount of resources can replace it. I am on the verge of getting really really irate about the loss of this item. I know I'm just ranting and venting here on the forum, but when the game eats something irreplaceable and all a CSR can do is say "Oops .. well .. sorry .. would 50k and some resources make you feel better?" ... uh no. A legendary Krayt Tissue, a Legendary Krayt Pearl, and a Holocron might make me feel better though.
Draznar, Pearls are used as powerup componets to lightsabers. Jedi and hopeful future Jedi want them and lots of them. They are a pretty rare drop from Krayt's so they are now going for high number of credits. Seen offers from 500k to 2 million. Whish I had a couple to raffle off to get more people into the shop.
