Thread: What to train and drop for Part time Venodor?

I played with and had a vendor (Busniess III in Artisan) way back when... Seems expesnive hoby at that point, not worth it.

Now I'm grinding Master Artisan - gridning Wind Survey tools to Engineering IV, Wall segments to Construction I and Gungan heads for rest. I was thinking it be nice to sell some of those instead do them all in Practise mode... + I might just do Master Artisan do knock that off the list (Survey already done on macro while grinding)...

So, if I got this right I can do Novice Merchant to get customizable and cheaper vendors - than drop that and keep the benefit?! That be awesome - I can drop it all the way to Busniess III in artisan?

What do I get (fees, upkeep, customatization number of venodrs (why do you need more than one - limit of how many items per one)? Than drop - do you keep your venodor customized but you start paying higher cost again?

I would sell Architect things on it as I grind - do some small houses instead of wall sections, harvesters, etc. Low BER but real cheap ...

Any ideas? Thanks!

I love the losers who give you one star and dont reply and say anyting (not that I give a flying f*** about the stupid stars here anyways)... Whenever you post about grinding a profession on profession boards (not just this one) some people take offence I guess at you grinding their beloved profession that they love to roleplay so much?

Ok. Here is a reply. Many of us don't like the fact that you can take merchant, drop the skills, and keep the vendors. So don't expect a lot of help from those of us who consider this very explotative of the profession. There are other people (Master Merchants included) who don't have a problem with that and they may help you.

As for the star system. Turn it off. I turned mine off a few weeksago and now am blisfully unaware of any starts.. it a pointless system don't buy into it

More than likely you got one starred (Wasn't me, I'd tell you if it was)because this subject has been driven into the ground on these boards. A search would've provided you the answer you wanted, but here it goes:

As the way things now stand, yes you can drop skill points and keep your vendor. This is going to change soon, so if you do it, please don't come back whining about it.

My advice to you is find an existing merchant you can sell this stuff to, or just continue in practice mode.

First, I'm not whining - I'm stearing trouble to get you to answer. It worked
Second, its not my fault this is in the game - as long as it is it is not an explot. I hope it does change - for your guys sake. Until than - well you can do it too!

I know this has been probably answered before - as did pretty much all the possible questions about this game - in the Million + posts since release. Some are new to some prefessions and will ask questions that have been asked. By doing so I admited to being lazy to read the 10,000 old posts to find it. Its your choice to answer or not - I answer CH/BH questions that have been asked (how to do Garm missions oru of Coronet - I answered 20+ times) ...

So, can I only keep the Novice Merchant benefit if I drop it - or other skills too?

There are probably 3-5 posts on the first page of the forum that deal with this question as well as the top 5 posts and the 10 questions.. you don't have to look far..plus it is in our FAQ at the top of the page too.

The ability to multi-slice weapons was in the game too. But it was not an intended result the developers had. And some smugglers got banned for using the exploit.

So saying "its not my fault that you can do it" isn't a valid defense.

Did you return (destroy) the second Holo we got at Christmas (if you banked your first one)?

Q: I dropped Novice and two NPCs stayed as they were. Can I drop Artisan Busniess IV? Thanks.

EuroTrash why do you expect us to answer your question about posible ways to abusing our profession (or the supporting line of artisan), when you do not even take the time to research it your self?
Most of the people, like you, that come here could find the answers they wanted just by reading the forum. Sure you might have to go throe a few hundred posts, but that is what the search function is for.

I destroyed both my holos on by retired character and kept the two peaces of art instead. And I only got one on my current character, witch is a shams as I would have loved two peaces of art there as well.

Did you mean to say you destroyed two holos on your retarded character? I hope you are just role playing on that character ...
