My alt char Ockpie made master merchant on Gorath today And even better, to actually KEEP and USE it

I been reading the merchant guides and FAQ's etc, but somewhere I saw mention of a new cap of items per vendor but I can't find it now. Is there indeed going to be a lower cap on items per vendor? I am trying to plan how to use my six vendors.
