Thread: REEAALLY need quality checks on registered vendors

excellent point. I'd like to see vendors unregister when they become empty. It would go a long way to solving half of the problem
I agree with that. I spend several hundred credits risked travelling through hostile territory only to arrive at a vendor that was empty but still on the map.
I'm NOT blaming the owner of the vendor. I have no idea if it has been empty for 4 minutes or 4 days. He could be on vacation. If the vendors stopped barking and turned advertising off when they were out of items to tell it would be much better.
It would be nice if your vendor sent you mail every 12 or so hours stating how many items are left.
The same should be for harvestors. Why don't they send a mail when they run out of power or are full, like a factory?
i keep my eye on mine and de-regester them myself....to avod making people do the treck....
i wish others did...
How about a current item count, and a count on sales over the last 3 days displayed with the planetary ad. That way a prospective client could see if you have stock, and whether other players value that stock enough to buy it.
Let's just keep it simple.
Every server reset empty vendors could be removed from the Planetary Map.
OR, if they wanted to distribute the load, they could check just your vendors evey time you logged in.
And send you a mail.
ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!!! EMPTY VENDORS!!!! Death to all Artisan types with empty Vendors!!!
Oh wait, one of mine is empty right now. But it's my Droid Vendor and it says to email me if you want a Droid made and I will do it. So in a way, it's not empty. In a way... ![]()
