I took up merchant for my silent holo, and decided to start a business. I am really having fun selling resources, and making good money.

So heres my problem . I just go Advertising 3, and decided I didn't like the name on the vendor, so I made a new one, and took everything off the old, and put it in my inventory, (took a while for 89 items). Then put them on the new vendor.

After this I deleted the old one. I went to a harvestor to pull some steel, and came back to put it on.

THEN I saw that all my inventory was gone....ALL OF IT.

Is this a known bug...please help.

I submitted a bug, but I know it wont help, and no one will help from SOE.

I would suggest either doing /logout and then go back in, or wait till the morning reset. If this doesn't work... you have a problem

Reset didnt help, but I guess Im lucky since this is my first real bug since the release.

I had all the items on my slicing vendor disappear as well.I even had 4 or 5 emails stating i had unsuccessful auctions which means that the items should have been in the stockroom but I had nothing there too.Submitted a CSR ticket but I doubt I'll see any of the 200 items on the vendor.

I had many 100's of items disappear from my vendor, but were still in some sort of "item limbo." I continued to get emails for 2-1/2 months when they would have "unsuccessful auctions." Sony was completely unable to retrieve the items during that time, even though a CSR came in game and was able to see them, floating out there in limbo. I finally started listing them all at 666 credits, just so I could distinguish them from the real items.

Sony finally reimbursed me, but only did so by giving me the current resources that could be used to reconstruct the items. They did not reimburse me for what I had in backpacks (which was a lot).

I think we should start a betting pool for how long it takes the database to completely collapse in on itself.

By the way, my items are still out there in limbo. I keep relisting them, just for the heck of it.

I had krayt tissue in a backpack -- some good stuff --

I had a player contact me for a trade of items for the tissue so I removed the sale it went to my store room-

I went to retrive the item and it said it was no longer available.

I gave the csr's serial numbers -- still wont return it -- I am not dropping it. the database mistake not mine - it was in a pack they saw they value i was selling it at -- reimburse that -- them saying they cant prove it is the equivalant of them calling me a liar.
