My friend guessed my silent and said it was merchant, i figured hey dosen't sound like that hard of a prof i'll try it. But when i check the boards i see people saying what a pain it is, plz help me!!!

Stickied to the top of this forum is a guide with how to gain XP as a merchant. There is no way to quickly grind this profession. You can moderately grind it with help of a large group of friends paying accesses fees and viewing your vendor's stock. This however has time limits on it, also mentioned in the guide. So there is a finite amount of time this profession will take.

Without aid of large numbers of people viewing vendors or accessing a structure repeatedly, you are looking at a time of 2-3 weeks to Master it. There is nothing you personally can do as a merchant to gain xp on your own. It is all dependent on others.

i have mastered 3 to 5 profs a week for the past 4 months. merchant has taken the longest of all of them. there is nothing you can do but place your vendors and then get ppl to run and check them.. i was lucky enough to have millions of resources, some stuff from the first day of teh game. so i just opend a resource vendor and it went quickly, but still took a couple of weeks.
