It involves the creation of a new PC facility -- a post office.
I think it would solve problems like this.
whats the freaking problem...
sounds like you get to make 2 sales...one to this guy and anotehr set for the customer..
you are doubling your profits!!!!!!!!!!!!
By placing things in a bag named "So and So's" order, you are telling everyone who looksthat in the bag is a personally requested order - that usually means either high quantity or quality, and usually a good price either way. So they go ahead and purchase it - and also assume that you are gettin' paid and can always make another so why not?
I fix this by putting many 'dummy' packs on my vendor along with the sale one. I include one that says "Don't purchase any backpackshere or you'll regret it" and then fill them with such things as 1 unit of 15 different resources and so on - giving each one a different codeword "Aligator, Time Machine, Doogie," etc. I then inform my patron as to which one he should buy, putting his up on my shop for that amount and making sure that I resell my dummy packs for the same amount.

I'd just put them on my vendor as "Alice's 15 skill tapes" or "John's experimentation skill tapes" and put a price of like 50k and then the sucker get screwed when they buy something that wasn't theres.
Of course name it "10 Heavy Mineral 13 BER - ONLY for XXX" and charge 1,000,000 credits so it really hurts

ill suggest your idea to her resourse.
Here is my idea for a secure personal sales. First, place a small item (like a chance-cube) which has the title "<cutomername> offer this to the vendor for 50k". The place the custom order backpack on the vendor for 50K more than it is supposed to cost the customer. When the correct customer buys the order, he takes the chance cube and offers it back to your vendor for 50k. Next time your on you accept the chance-cube and you reimburse him the extra cost for the "secure" sale back to your customer. Of course this should be worked out in advance when your customer placed the custom order.
Any asshat who buys the special order will be out 50K because you will not accept his offer for the chance-cube.
Simple fix. Place several packs with useless cheap items on your vendor and make them slightly less to slightly more expensive than the packs with your real orders. The order thief will get nothing and you get a very nice fee for getting rid of your junk.
