How do you edit a sale on a Bazaar so that it reads what u ned it to.

For example ... "Medium Mineral Harverstor ber rate 10..."

As far as i know you can't, all you can do is add the extra details in the "details" window

You have to name the item that when you build it. The Bazaar uses the name you assign.
