Sorry for the delay in mentioning this I was on vacation for the past week or so. Publish 7 contains a fix for the problem of retrieving multiple items and having them be lost because your inventory is full. NJ62, the tailor correspondant, has a post up about it with screenshots of how it works. (Basically it puts the item back on the vendor with a special name until you retrieve it again)
