so your making the empty vendors not appear on the planetry map? first of all congratulations BUT
What's stopping the people who operate empty vendors from let's say putting ONE item on there for instance Cdef Pistol this would bring that vendor from being out of the 'Empty' Zone and still be on the planetry map

That won't stop the crafty types, but it will help with the venders where stuff just plain ran out. It won't help 100% but it should help some. I hope.
