I ran into this tonight after restocking my vendor.

If you open up the interface to a vendor, hit alt to get out of mouse look (which hides the interface), then walk away from it, you get the "you are out of range of vendor:{name}, closing interface". Completely normal, except that you get this message spammed to your system message channel once per second as long as you are more than 15m away from the vendor. The only way I found so far to stop it is to log out. I tried hitting alt again (after moving back in range), re-connecting to vendor and exiting "properly", nothing worked. Although maybe moving to a new zone (across a server boundry or shuttling) might do it to.

Just thought I'd pass on a note about it.

I've had that happen several times before over the past year, and again last week.

It's even happened if I HAD closed the vendor interface.

I was never able to duplicate it reliably, tho.
