Thread: Bloodfin vendor issues

Hi Doc,
Any word on the problems that Bloodfin is having with vendors? I'm a little leery about doing anything to them at this point.
I'm also a bit bummed that I lost 3-4 packs of HQ doc resources that I stashed on a vendor when I moved a house on Monday. What are the odds that I'll eventually get these items back? Not trying to start flame war... Just trying to get realistic answer.

They are working on it. I have had communication from both the Dev team and CS that they are on it. They know the servers that are affected and they are working on finding the issue and repairing it. I don't have an eta. I think your chances are pretty good in situations like this. Make sure you put in a CS ticket.

Thanks Doc,
I have received a response from CSR's and will hopefully have items returned sometime this weekend. Thanks also, BTW for being the conduit for all the manic craziness that happens on this forum. Your efforts are much appreciated.
