I play on Kauri. I sell merchandise. We had a server upgrade on 10-18-04. Since that morning, 2 bugs or more exist that WILL effect the playability of the game. The owners of the vendors are finding the items they load to sell are disappearing. I lost 110 Buff packs and my guild mate lost 10 suits of armor. they laoded them to the vendor on Monday and the items are gone (and not in stockroom).

Second and worse, many items being bought by customers are disappearing with the message "item no longer exists in the game". This has happened to 15 of my customers and happens with the bazaar as well. Millions even billions of credits worth of items are gone. This is a major problem that needs to be addressed. Everyone is reporting this as a bug. Anyone else have this issue?

Someone floated the idea that the Vendor database crashed and it was reset to several days ago. This would explain the items that were loaded to vendors on Monday being "gone". I have been told that if someone buys an item from a vendor that was previously bought, duplicates of the same item can't exist in inventory thus the item is removed from the game (giving the appearence that it was lost). Any ideas?

Same experience I had. I did notice however that an item I had sold on saturday or maybe sundaywas back on my vendor, I removed the auction and tried to retrieve the item and it said the item didnt exsist. Sounds like a roll back to me.

Real problem. Someone buys some items from me. I log in yesterday and see I made some sales. However, I have the same amount of credits I had when I logged out last. I receieved some emails from customers who want their money back because they never received the item from my vendor. The problem is, the item isn't on the vendor anymore. Meaning, the item is gone. I didn't get the $$, the customer didn't get the item, and the customer is out of the $$ he/she spent.

We both are losers. I can't see myself giving the credits back, since I never received them. If I did give customer back the credits, I would lose the credits(since I never got it in the first place) and I lost the item from the vendor.
