I'm a little confused...

I read the FAQ..


Areall your NPC options finished at HIRING 2 ... except putting clothes on them(at 4), or do hiring 3-4 give you further ways to customize your NPC vendor?

No. The vendors granted at III and IV are terminal vendors and the vendor at Master is the mute pink protocol droid.
