What Clothes and weapons will Vendors accept? I've noticed Wookie and Ithorian's wont accept LVA's or VLances. Is there a list of what item they'll accept or not?

That's news to me I didn't know there was a limitation on the weapons they would accept. They will only accept clothing that they can wear so wookies are very limited in clothing. Ithorians prior to this last patch couldn't wear any of the clothing for players in the game. That has obviously changed.
