I have a major problem and I'm hearing rumors that this isn't exclusive to me. My vendor had several packs of resources for sale for the old 999999999 credits (as storage). Anyhow, these packs vanished sometime between Monday and Friday and this is really frustrating me. 1 of the packs had a lot of my old stuff in it like some of my loots that I've been hoarding, a few of my fs quest prizes, and some of my favorite weapons. The rest of the packs had all my inorganic resources separated by resource type. All vanished!!! I know the value of the resources to be over 20 million because I bought them no more than 3 days before they disappeared. The other pack's contents are priceless to me. I sent a ticket as most of us would do and recieved a reply from undoubtedly the most helpful CSR I've ever recieved attention from. CSR-PatrickM told me that he would restore these items to my inventory and to log out near one of my vendors. So the next morning, I log in and some of the missing items were in fact restored to my inventory. I was still missing all of my ferrous metals and my miscellaneous pack. I added a comment to the ticket that some things were still missing and have recieved no reply as of yet.The comment was addedabout 48 hours ago and I'm beginning to wonder if they are ignoring me. I have hounded the CSR's in the live chat forsome service and they talk to me for a little while and almost seem genuinely concerned but when I start askingthem questions, they eventually stop responding to me.

Is this happening to anyone else?
