i've seen vendors that look like stormtroopers, rebel troopers, imperial pilots and AT-AT pilots... what merchant skill do u need to place them?

You don't actually get vendors that look like that. People with Hiring 4 dress their vendors to look that way.

Plus once you give the item to the vendor you will never get it back so think about it first
