hi , im not a merchant , but i want to use my merch barker r2 unit to advertise my guild , how do i operate it please??????

I hope somebody gave you that droid, and it you didn't spend Credits.. Because only a Merchant can do so.

You need Advertising 4 to operate it.

Maybe you could buy one of those player event perk NPC actors. They have a barking capability, according to Pex's post.
