I believe there are the bazaar terminals or the bulky terms, the robo bartender droids, and a random species NPC vendor. At that level I generally either used bazaar terminals or deleted NPC vendors until I got wookiees (who aren't wearing hideous attire).
(I don't remember what order the lines go in, so I was assuming you had management 4, and novice merch. But if you have hiring 4, you can get everything except the mute protocol droids.)
