I am thinking about making my non-Jedi character a Weaponsmith/Armorsmith to make some money for my Jedi. But my player City is on Talus, so if I create a shop, it will be there,

My question is do you think that a new weapon/armorsmith will be able to succeed on Talus?

All depends on how good your items are.

PreJTL, Dant was expensive to travel to, but had the best, biggest, and richest WS around.

However, he was the best around and quickly became the biggest.

Talus would be a hard sell if you're not good.

You could also advertiseon your galaxy's trade forum. This always gets people to your shop if you're selling good merchandise.

Depends on your server. On mine, Talus and Rori are absolutely neglected. You can drive there for an hour and not see anyone, unless you're near NPC's that drop expensive loot kit items. Heck, I've roamed starports on both before without seeing a single PC soul. But if your goods are good, with JTL, people will go to any planet to get it if they want it.

So I'd say, yes, you can do fine on Talus if you have good products and make them known. Just go easy on the spamming--every 10 seconds is a bit much. Try at least 15. ;D
