The idea occured to me about advertising in game. Basically, with the way things are now, with out being a Town Crier or a Spammer, it's hard to spread the word. I thought some kind of Business Cards could help.

Now, right off the bat, yes, a Waypoint is basically like a business card in some ways, but, it lacks something. Because of the font in the game, anything more than "Osmol's Shop" will show up as "Osmol's Shop of..." and the rest is cut off. I think that either we should be able to create some kind of pad or card that has a description of our shop and products or simply the ability to add information to a waypoint when you "examine" them. This would make it easier for the customer to find the shop that they are looking for.

It would also be super cool, although this is probably hard to implement and is unlikely, to make the card or information dynamic. Since the technology is obviously much higher, it wouldn't be too far fetched that a Business card would give you an update saying something like "Sale on all Melee Powerups!" or "Price Update:" orsomething like that.

A little thought I had, what do you think?
