Ok, I created my second vendor to seperate my differentproducts, when I use my second vendor it lists everything in the region (meaning everything on my first vendor in my shop). Is that what customers see when they click on one of my vendors or do they see only what is on that specific vendor? Meaning what is the point of having two vendors to seperate different items to make it easier for different typs of customers if they see everything on all the vendors without having to hit the region button? Hopefully they just see what is on that specific vendor.

No, if you click the vendor radio button, you will see what other people see. You have more options than buyers.
