It says it gives you new vendor options and NPC vendors..... and NOPE NOTHING !!!!

I even cancelled a vendor.. emptied of all the items.. and placed a new one thinking i was gonna get something ever cooler then what i got at hiring II.. and there was nothing !!!!!!

Not a single thing.. Yeah good thing i waited a while to say the xp to get it..

And PLS FIX THE FAT BALD VENDORS !!!!
