Merchant Archive

Has any one had this problem? i put 3(npc) vendors in my home and then when i went back into the home 4min later there were only 2, and now i cant make a 3rd and yes i have managment 1.

btw when i try to make a 3rd it says i have tomany vendors out and i need to fire one.
