Thread: ALL VENDOR ITEMS VANISHED
All the items on all 4 of my vendors on Chilastra just vanished. I exited and entered my house... nothing.I relogged... nothing. I checked the storage... nothing.
All of these vendors were re-stocked AFTER the last patch "fixed" the vanishing items bug. And all of these vendors had items uploaded several times a day.
I had over 100 high quality, sliced weapons on one vendor alone, with a value of over 2 million creds, and I've been selling 20-30 items off that vendor every day. I also had crates of spices, molecular clamps and over 100 stacks of resources all go POOF.
Is this just me? Has this happened to anyone else? Will SOE get me my items back? And what about the lost time??? Like 500k a day in sales???

Never had a problem before. Just now, I had given someone 100 weapons to slice, and they offered them back on my vendor in bags.
Retriving the bag gave me a message ' the item no longer exists. you have been reimbursed for the sale price'
So... 100 sliced laser carbines in three bags = 3 credits.

Other people who have gotten this error were able to find and retrieve the bags later.
As for all items vanishing. We have heard of some situations where the items SEEM to be missing but actually aren't missing. Have someone else check your vendor and see if the items are there for them. We're not really clear on what is happening here.

Not me though. I am still short 10 Heavy mins, which almost bankrupted my character as I invested everything I had into making the order. CSR ticket response equivalent to'tough luck, we can't prove it, you are a liar, if you don't like itgo talk to the devs'.
So how do I do that ?
(If they want to call me a liar then how about I call them thieves? They take my RL money each month and then take my in game items as well, I don't remember that being in the agreement
When I relogged, I had 4 new sales, so obviously they are still there... PHEW. I'll check again after this patch and see if they show up.

Obvious questions, but are you refreshing your vendor after you first open it? Are you viewing all rather than a category that you have no items under?

Some people have tried this and still can't see the items when they select all and refresh..however they were able to see the items from the "Regional" view from another vendor. If you don't have another vendor try placing one in the same room and see if you can see the items from that vendor.
Again we've been getting reports of this, but so far it isn't clear exactly what is causing it.
Wow am I glad I saw this thread. Every item on all my vendors just went POOF. Crates of molecular clamps, WUKs, AUKs, vehicles, drinks, spices.... all gonzo.
So it might still be there then, just invisible to me?
