I'm going to put up an "Informational Note" as an item in my vendor and need it to stand out for folks to read. Coloring it would help. Is hex coloring itemsstill not allowed? I'm going to try this tonight and figured to find out now rather than later, hehe.

Yes still not allowed. It was removed intentionally not as a bug or anything so I suspect if it comes back it will be with much fanfare.

I was hoping it could come back...mabye with some limits, but do understand the reasoning behind it. I used the premier listing quite a bit before I had a vendor and items that were color-coded really DID stand out more than my premier items.

Oh well, I guess all cap's will have to suffice

It would be nice if we were allowed to hex code items, but I was pretty dang annoyed with the "colorful" bazaar items. What if the color did not show up on the bazaar but did show up on personal vendors? That way the bazaar wouldn't look so strange, but people could do what they wanted on their own vendors.

Sounds like a good ida to me.

lets be honest...the premium bazaar list is pointless and no one pays any attention anyway...

a better skill to replace it would be to allow merchants HIGHER LEVEL AUCTIONS...

hex code has really screwed up my clothes biz...i would make wookie clothes one color and a formal line another and enhanced clothing another etc...it allowed people to easily sort thru the 100s of items

You can still make a colored informational note by using a wearable container (i.e. travel pack, etc.). While you can't use colors in the initial crafting of these, once they are in your inventory you can change the name and use hex coding for colors on these containers.
