no one can get in now or so i am reading on the message boards and aparently i am exploiting something??

what is this someone please advise

999999 minutes are 694 days 10 hours and 39 minutes... or almost 2 years!!!
1440 minutes would be one day, I doubt you would ever be needing more then that.

I will not explain exploits, and a doubt anyone else will. Nevertheless, to fix this just set the minutes to 1440.

There was an exploit that allowed you to set the entry fee and minutes in a way that allowed you to get xp over and over and over again. That was fixed by setting the limit on how long you can set the timer to 2 days.

If yours is malfunctioning you need to reset the timer to something within the new restriction.

thanks -- what sucks is I have alot of items cfor customers that want to get in and i cant log in for 12+ hours --

anyone know how to contact a csr through the message boards or live (aparently no in game probs can be called into the phone number)

I just wanted the merchant xp from 1 credit a person, and to let them have unlimited time

just set it for 60minutes

that way they pay the 1cred each hour and you get xp

rarely does anyone mind 1cred added to thier bill or to browse lol

No. The "offline" CSR's and Online CSR's aren't connected. They will just tell you to contact them CSR's in game for assistance.
