I frequent these forums quite often, and don't believe I've seen this mentioned. It might be considered more of a crafting issue, but because it applies to all crafts, I thought I'd mention it here:

When a merchant splits a crate, the newly split item bears the merchant's name as the item creator, and not the original creator's name. I would like to see split crates bear the name of the orignal creator. Is this anything in the works to correct this?

Well, technically it's correct. The person doing the split is the person who created the new crate, so it is correct, but...

Hmm, not sure about this one.

I'm still wondering how items that I placed on the vendor or purchased, and have for sale, are listed as Item Owner: Someothernoob and not Item Owner : Thisnoob.

I find it disconcerting has the game tell me i don't actually own something that I do.
