Thread: droid barker problem- any solutions

Hi all i was wondering if anyone could help me with this i put a droid barker down in moon dantoine and it was working fine but i went to dath to hunt some ns and when i got back i realized the droid stored in my datapad? All help would be nice. I did tell him to stay too.

I've had them autostore when I shuttle away.

I believe that if you use your JTL ship, your droid will autostore. But not if you use the old-school way of travelling.
Try it out and see if it works.

Welcome to the autostore problem.
It has been affecting CH's since release, it's random and they can't pin it down.

Woops, I just made a post about this, and yes, it is linked to JTL travel. If you call out the droid, and travel via JTL it will store itself. If you call out the troid, and use traditional travel methods, it will stay out.

I am sure that before JTL it was the way that you used normal shuttles the droid stayd.
With JTL there was a change made early after release or in beta still, that droid stores once you launch (think it was to prefent people to group droids and get group XP bonus in space).
Unfortunately that also autostores the droid if you just use your ship for traveling.
I've not tested if it also autostores with normal shuttles now

thanks for all the response. i started to use oldschool way in traveling and the barker stays now
