I.E. Can 2 vendors who share admin on a home put twice the amount of vendors than the 1 alone can? Or is it restricted only to the owner of the home?

Anyone who has admin access can place a vendor. This is how some people turned guildhalls into vendor filled malls.

AND you can remove the other person from the admin list after their vendors are placed.
They will still be able to operate their vendors normally but won't have access to the rest of the items in your house.

Which is a good idea if you start bring in strange vendors to your town's mall.
