I can seem to get my items from a vendor. I withdraw an item, but cant list the vendor or region.

The lists only show on the planet/galaxy.

So when I withdraw an item I can't get it.

You are at the wrong vendor. You need to go to the vendor the item is on to withdraw it.

no im talking about my own storage vendor and other vendors in my house.

Just let it list by planet or galaxy and go into your stock room; it should still be listed there and you can find it.

it does, but then it says you need to withdraw it from the planet vendor , which it is.

It looks like the region and vendor filters are broken.

I can list any of my items on any vendor unless I use the planetor galaxy.

Also a guy walks into my shop and says all me vendors are empty, it wasnt untill i turned off the vendor search that they appeared.

very strange.

Ok after been told by a CSR in a ticket to select ALL in my filter I have taken some screen shots showing my problem

I had a similar issue. I removed 1 item, then the rest would "disappear" from the list.

Solution:

#1 - Look at another vendor, then go back to yours to remove stock, you will see them again.

#2 - Using the shift key, you could select ALL your items listed, and remove them all.

I think i have found the problem

I deleted a vendor (terminal) with around 51 reverse eng parts in and created a new one in its place.

I added an item and notice the location was Tatooine, Tatooine. But on my current vendor all the items show Tatooine, Mospic High Range. So it looks like the region name has been changed for some reason and the items are linked to it.

I am having the same problem.

well all I am getting now is closed ticket, please email me.. I have several times now.

The solution is DELETE the vendor.

If I am to do this then I was money in return to conpensate my loses.

Come on it does not take a geniues to work out.
