Hi all,

I am very new to vendors and selling things, but i have a question.

i set up a vendor and quickly loaded it up with products - all fine here

i set up a second vendor, placed 10 items on it and now i am apparently at my limit.

it seems at the moment i can only hold 250 items on a vendor, and additional vendors makes no difference.

Is this the way it is, if so is there really any point in having more than one ?

I was considering going all the way up merchant but if this is how it is i dont really see the point.

Your item limit is a total limit across all vendors not just on any single vendor.

Your limit will increase as you get merchant skills.

At master merchant you can place 4000 items on a single vendor or a total of 4000 items across 12 vendors.

It sounds to me like you have Artisan Business 4.

That gives you 2 vendors and an item limit of 250.

At novice merchant you can have 3 vendors and an item limit of 750.

If you want to put all your items on a single vendor, that's fine.

However, multiple vendors let you group similar items together for convenience.

Thank you for your quick responce, i am indeed at business 4, but will be novice merchant any minute now.

lets hope the limits are changed soon
