Are you after you place your vendor able to give someone else Administrator powers on your vendor? Or any type of powers that will allow others to place goods up for sale on a vendor you placed.
An answer to this is much appreciated. Thanks.

No, you and only you will have admin capabilities on your vendor as things are set up now.
